These consultations take place on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and allow us to assess the structural and aesthetic needs of your space, take precise measurements for a seamless fit and discuss any custom design elements you’d love to incorporate.

Design finalization & agreement – your dream, our craft

During the consultation, we move from concept to reality. We create templates and mouldings for intricate leadwork details. We also ensure all design aspects align with your expectations to guarantee clarity we finalize the process with a signed agreement.

Deposit & production – the artistry begins

To officially begin crafting your fanlight, we require a 50% deposit, payable via bank transfer. Once payment is received, we issue an official invoice and payment confirmation, and our artisans get to work.

Handmade to perfection – the crafting process

Over the next 3–4 weeks, our skilled craftsmen bring your design to life. We honor traditional Georgian techniques while ensuring your fanlight meets modern durability standards. This period allows for meticulous glasswork, precise lead detailing, and finishing touches that guarantee a flawless result.

Installation arrangements – scheduling transformation

Once your fanlight is ready, we contact you via email to coordinate a suitable installation date. We aim to work around your schedule to ensure a seamless, hassle-free experience.

On the agreed date, our specialists will professionally install your handcrafted Georgian fanlight. Every detail is handled with care to ensure a perfect fit, transforming your entrance with timeless elegance.

Following installation, we request the remaining 50% balance to complete your order.
